HAPPY VALENTINES DAY …MY FAMILY of FRIENDS!

Dear Reader:

Chapel of ❤️ LOVE! ( more elopements and small marriages take place there than any other neighboring locale… for anyone who wants a really small wedding… four half benches! 😂)
Any change along a familiar road causes stress but then when we do it… commit to a novel destination, it is always worth the courage!
So Beautiful and Alluring!
The Landmark that Changed my life direction in August of 2008 and some of you who started reading my new direction in life… my Chapel of Hope Stories blog post in 2008 and have never left… all of you are family to me …along with the exciting new readers who joined us along the years! ❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗

I only hope that you can feel my hug today…the expression of human contact and love!!

And I got a hug yesterday from the sun… that beautiful yellow ball in the sky… it felt so good sitting outside basking in the sun! Come on Spring… hurry as fast as you can!
I wish everyone of you a lovable compassionate day!

Love from me to you… from my ♥️!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Valentines!

About Becky Dingle

I was born a Tarheel but ended up a Sandlapper. My grandparents were cotton farmers in Laurens, South Carolina and it was in my grandmother’s house that my love of storytelling began beside an old Franklin stove. When I graduated from Laurens High School, I attended Erskine College (Due West of what?) and would later get my Masters Degree in Education/Social Studies from Charleston Southern. I am presently an adjunct professor/clinical supervisor at CSU and have also taught at the College of Charleston. For 28 years I taught Social Studies through storytelling. My philosophy matched Rudyard Kipling’s quote: “If history were taught in the form of stories, it would never be forgotten.” Today I still spread this message through workshops and presentations throughout the state. The secret of success in teaching social studies is always in the story. I want to keep learning and being surprised by life…it is the greatest teacher. Like Kermit said, “When you’re green you grow, when you’re ripe you rot.”
