Spring is here…and life abounds

Spring pictures as life starts anew.

With that, there is a contradiction, Mom appears to be at the end of her life cycle. It is how nature continues. It is neither bad nor good. It just is.

No matter the form, we all are made of stars and will continue to be until the end of time. Boo’s star will always be among the brightest.

We’d appreciate all the positive thoughts and prayers that we can get.

Finally, Mom is extremely tired, weak, and overwhelmed. Her ability to use her phone has greatly diminished. She doesn’t seem to understand texting anymore. So while we appreciate all the people reaching out, it is overwhelming for her. As such, we’d ask that you refrain from calls or texts. It seems to give her more anxiety than comfort.

My email is [email protected] and Mandy’s is [email protected] if you’d like to get in touch with the family. I can’t promise anything other than we will let Mom and the rest of the family know that you reached out.

My prayer is for you Tommy, Mandy and all the family. Be strong just like your mom has been for so many, many years. She’s been a wonderful influence to us all. Her teaching ability was always her professional best in every arena. She will leave a lasting impression on all of us. Just know she is loved. Bubbles Up.

  5. There should be another response than “like”. Of course I have been concerned but not surprised at this notice. You all have the prayers of the entire Boo community. We love all of you and know God has this in his hands.

    Tommy,
Thank you so much for this update. I have not gotten her post recently but I was so glad when this one popped up in my email. I sure do love your mom and cherish our friendship! Her blog carried me through some tough times in my life. It was one of the inspirations for me to return to my faith. I will always be grateful for your mom and her stories.

Hi Tommy, I just came across Becky’s blog after a long time and was unaware of her condition… I’m so sorry for not being in touch with her for a longest time… She has always been one of those online friends with whom I could relate to in various levels… somehow, my mom’s death has kind of affected my friendship and contact with Becky…

I will surely pray for the will of God to be fulfilled in her life cycle… and she is just the person, outside of my life across the oceans, whom I have always felt as a family…

Please give her loads of love from my side… and Peace to all of you too…

    Ambika
