Dear Reader:
Yesterday the computer gremlins came and attacked my iPhone and desktop computer…just one of those strange days when everything goes wacky for awhile.
I did all I knew to do…. finally around midnight unplugging everything and letting it get a good night’s sleep.
This morning I was finally able to get back in my personal WordPress account again… (that I was unable to access all day yesterday and last night.)
So chalk a victory up to the gremlins yesterday….but today I reign victorious. Will be back on track with a new blog for you tomorrow…”God willing and the creek don’t rise again.” (which it actually has been doing a lot lately around here with the monsoons we are having) 🙂
Thank you for your understanding.
Till then have a beautiful blessed day.
Becky

About Becky Dingle
I was born a Tarheel but ended up a Sandlapper. My grandparents
were cotton farmers in Laurens, South Carolina and it was in my
grandmother’s house that my love of storytelling began beside an old
Franklin stove. When I graduated from Laurens High School, I attended
Erskine College (Due West of what?) and would later get my Masters
Degree in Education/Social Studies from Charleston Southern. I am
presently an adjunct professor/clinical supervisor at CSU and have also
taught at the College of Charleston.
For 28 years I taught Social Studies through storytelling. My philosophy
matched Rudyard Kipling’s quote: “If history were taught in the form of
stories, it would never be forgotten.” Today I still spread this message
through workshops and presentations throughout the state. The secret
of success in teaching social studies is always in the story.
I want to keep learning and being surprised by life…it is the greatest
teacher. Like Kermit said, “When you’re green you grow, when you’re
ripe you rot.”
Bless your heart. Blake and Emily are hete and they read last night somewhere that all across the US thete were glitches with many of the services. That is all we need…but that would definitely bring us all down…literally. Hope all.is ok today.

That makes me feel better…that I am not going crazy or something…could not figure out how the iPhone and desk top computer were both acting up….something like that explains it better. Just happy both are up and running today like nothing happened????Weird but relieved!
